For the last 2 decades, Sinem has worked for multinational brands; contributed to the teams who designed experiences, products, and purpose-led communications. 

She became a change leader whilst adapting digital transformation on many fronts like processes, products, and customer relationships. As well as managing strategic plans along with GTMs for achieving commercial goals. 

Sinem has 19 years of hands-on experience in digital transformation, marketing, communication, media, UX, e-commerce and digital channel management in the telco and banking industries. She's a certified Agile Practitioner with 12 years of team management experience and an awarded marketeer.
