Within the last 12 months, our global platforms generated more than 53k inbound leads (+10% year-over-year) — 52% originating in countries outside the U.S. This prompted our launch into 12 different countries in 2023: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Colombia & Mexico. This fueled the addition of 386 net-new clients to our roster. Notable brands include United Airlines, Stripe, Fujifilm, Scotiabank, Itaú, Sony Music, Staples, Black & Decker, RBLBank, Philips, Acxiom, Amazon and ThermoFisher Scientific. In 2023, NPD was named Adweek’s #7 fastest-growing large agency. Our outstanding client work with ConnectWise, Lantern by SoFi and Adobe recently took home Search Engine Land and US Search Awards for excellence in Search Marketing. NPD’s client work with Verint, CNN Brasil and Universal Technical Institute took home Drum Awards in the B2B, Entertainment and Consumer Services categories. We accomplished all of this while maintaining employee satisfaction. Inc. Magazine added NPD to its Best Workplaces list in 2023 and in January we were named an Ad Age Best Workplace for 2024.
